My passion for counseling comes from a belief that there is hope for everyone and everyone can find healing given the proper tools and space. I believe therapy can be a place of healing and growth that leads to a more congruent, peaceful, and content life. Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and develop a more intentional way of moving through life.

I enjoy working with teens and adults who are navigating OCD, anxiety, life transitions, and women’s issues. These experiences can often leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or uncertain about what comes next. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles while creating space to better understand yourself and move toward meaningful change.

My approach is person-centered, empathic, and holistic. I believe each person brings a unique combination of experiences, relationships, values, and strengths into the therapy room, and I tailor our work to meet you where you are. I strive to help clients develop greater self-awareness, build effective coping skills, and feel more confident navigating the challenges and transitions that arise throughout life.

Above all, I aim to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to be honest, supported in your growth, and genuinely understood. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and a life that feels more aligned with who they are.
