I've always been fascinated by psychology — by how the mind works, why we do what we do, and how our earliest experiences shape the people we become.

My approach to counseling is warm, curious, and grounded in the belief that our deepest wounds are formed in relationships – and that healing happens in relationships, too. I draw on attachment theory and pay close attention to the nonverbal, somatic dimension of therapy. We don't always have words for what's happening inside us. It tends to show up – in the body, and in the way we relate to others. I believe that the therapeutic relationship opens new possibilities for how you relate to yourself and to the people in your life. Our past experiences create the lens through which we see the world and influence every interaction we have. In our work together, I aim to help you build insight into who you are, make meaning of past hurts, develop coping skills that actually serve you, understand your emotions differently, and improve how you connect with others. My job is to create a safe and secure space where we can identify, explore, and understand the brilliance behind how you've adapted to your world – and gently begin shifting toward healthier ways of being.

My therapeutic style blends warmth and humor with a strong commitment to a non-judgmental space where you feel seen, understood, and supported. There's room here for both laughter and depth.
