My passion for counseling comes from a deep belief that healing is possible when people are given a safe space to understand their story, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with themselves.
I enjoy working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of the struggles we face today are shaped by early messages we learned about ourselves, others, and the world. Together, we'll explore how these experiences may continue to influence your relationships, emotions, and sense of self while creating space for healing and lasting change.
My approach is rooted in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I integrate these approaches to help clients process painful experiences, increase emotional awareness, develop effective coping skills, and heal the underlying beliefs that keep them feeling stuck. I believe therapy is most effective when it addresses both present-day challenges and the deeper emotional patterns beneath them.
Above all, I strive to create a compassionate environment where you feel seen, understood, and empowered. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater healing and meaningful connection with themselves and others.
